Online sportsbooks in Indiana

The phone bet is legal, and it is live. It still has to be placed inside Indiana, on a book the commission has licensed.

Snapshot17 October 2026

What the statute did

House Enrolled Act 1015, signed 8 May 2019, is Indiana Code 4-38. Retail books opened on 1 September 2019. Mobile wagering followed on 3 October 2019. A legal online bet is taken by a licensed vendor tied to a certificate holder, and the bettor has to be 21 and physically in Indiana. The app's geolocation check is the check. This page cannot waive it.

What you can do on this date

As of 17 October 2026, licensed mobile sportsbooks are a live product, not a bill waiting on a compact. The Indiana Gaming Commission publishes the roster. This page follows two of its sheets: the sports wagering vendor list, current as of 27 July 2026, and the sportsbook contacts, current as of 29 July 2026. The vendor list is the roster. This page is not that list, and it is not complete. If a brand is missing here and present on the commission's list, the list wins.

This page does not list unlicensed offshore sites. They are not Indiana-licensed books, and a guide that ranks them would be pretending they are. Indiana has not authorized online casino games. A sportsbook app is not a casino app.

Familiar names on that list

Names people already ask about are below, in alphabetical order, so the sequence is not a ranking. There are no prices and no bonus codes. These sketches are not the whole roster.

BetMGM

BetMGM is on the vendor list as BetMGM LLC, under the Roar Digital name, a mobile vendor tied to Belterra. The contacts sheet lists BetMGM Sportsbook as mobile.

BetRivers

BetRivers is Rush Street's mobile book on the vendor list, tied to French Lick, from 3 October 2019. The contacts sheet lists BetRivers Sportsbook as mobile.

Caesars Sportsbook

Caesars Sportsbook is on the contacts sheet as a mobile book, and it is the brand on the downtown Winner's Circle certificate. The vendor list ties that mobile vendor to Hoosier Park. The walk-up room and the app are different products. The room does not move the geolocation rule.

DraftKings

DraftKings is on the vendor list as Crown IN Gaming, a mobile vendor tied to Ameristar East Chicago, also from 3 October 2019. The contacts sheet lists DraftKings Sportsbook as mobile.

FanDuel

FanDuel is on the vendor list as Betfair Interactive US, tied to Blue Chip Casino. The contacts sheet lists FanDuel Sportsbook as mobile. A FanDuel account is a legal Indiana bet only while the app places you inside the state.

Those same sheets also name Fanatics, bet365, Hard Rock Bet, Bally Bet, and theScore Bet. That sentence is not a ranking, and it is not the whole roster. The vendor list is.

In person, the downtown room is Winner's Circle. On a phone, it is one of the licensed apps above, inside the state. The date at the top of this page should move when the status does.
