Indiana Problem Gambling Hotline
Confidential referral: 1-800-9-WITH-IT (1-800-994-8448). The Indiana Gaming Commission hotline page is the state posting. The call is for anyone affected by gambling, not only the person placing the bet.
National Problem Gambling Helpline
NCPG: 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738) and 1-800-522-4700. NCPG adopted 1-800-MY-RESET as the National Problem Gambling Helpline on 29 January 2026; 1-800-522-4700 remains active. 1-800-GAMBLER is operated by CCGNJ — it is not the Indiana line and it is not NCPG.

The boring limits
- You have to be 21 to bet with an Indiana sportsbook.
- Decide the amount before you open the app or walk in. A kiosk does not know your rent.
- A time-out you set after a loss is still worth setting. A time-out you only plan to set is not.
